CANCELLATION POLICY
Clients are allotted a 15 minute grace period. If you cannot make your appointment on time, you forfeit your appointment and deposit! If you need to cancel, please let me know at least 48hrs in advance so I have a chance to book someone else for the forfeited time slot. In the event you’re unable to make your appointment, your security deposit will act as your cancellation fee. If you successfully reschedule before the 48hr time period, I will honor your deposit to secure your new appointment time!
